Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your Telegram account details: your chat ID and display name, so the bot only answers you.
- What you send the bot: text, voice notes and receipt photos, so we can read the amount, category and details of each expense.
- Your expense records: date, amount, currency, category, description, merchant and notes.
- Your Google Sheet link, so we can keep your Sheet up to date.
- Payment confirmation: the amount and date of your payment. Card and wallet details are handled by the payment provider (Paymob or PayPal) and never reach us.
How we use it
Only to run the service for you: recording and categorising expenses, updating your Sheet, sending your summaries, and support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Telegram delivers messages between you and the bot.
- Supabase hosts the database that stores your records.
- Google: an AI model reads your messages to extract each expense, and Google Sheets stores your Sheet in your own Google account.
- Paymob and PayPal process payments.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your records while your membership is active. Ask us at any time and we will delete your records from our database within 30 days. Your Google Sheet belongs to you and stays in your account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing info@wheretospot.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
