Terms of Service & Refund Policy
The service
Accountant Agent is a Telegram bot that records and categorises your expenses and income, keeps a Google Sheet up to date, and sends you summaries. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not a certified accountant and does not give financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for checking your records.
Founding membership
- One payment covers 12 months from the day your setup is completed.
- Prices: 999 EGP, 199 AED or 54 USD, depending on the payment method.
- Setup is done with you online, normally within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- New features released during your 12 months are included at no extra cost.
- The membership is personal and cannot be shared or resold.
Refunds
- Ask within 7 days of payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 7 days, payments are not refundable, and your membership continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds go back through the original payment method within 14 days. Payment provider fees may apply where the provider does not return them.

Fair use and availability
We aim to keep the service running at all times, but it depends on third parties (Telegram, Google, Supabase) and may occasionally be unavailable. The AI can misread a message; you can correct any entry at any time. Abuse, automated flooding or reselling the service can lead to suspension.
Changes
If these terms change, we will tell members in the bot or on WhatsApp before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
